Order Status Note:

What does Processing Mean? Our shopping cart has the following statuses that you may see on your orders: Pending, Pending Payment, Processing, and Complete. If your order included physical merchandise, it may remain in "Processing" status even though it has already shipped. Those orders are manually marked "Complete" when we have confirmed delivery. If you have questions regarding the status of an order that includes physical merchandise, send an email - be sure to include the order number - to for the fastest response.
